Baton Rouge, LA – Pedestrian Struck on Siegen Ln at Reiger Rd

Baton Rouge, LA (June 30, 2019) – The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office was at the scene of a pedestrian hit-and-run on Wednesday, June 26^th, in the Baton Rouge area. The incident was reported to officials around 9:45 p.m. and took place on Siegen Lane, near the 10000 block of Reiger Road. 

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of severe injuries.

The driver did not stay at the scene of the crash, fleeing the scene. 

It isn’t clear what caused the collision, but the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident.
