A recent win by ex USC football star, Morgan Breslin, in a lawsuit against Lloyd’s of London (Amtrust) has been reported by www.law360.com. The win gets the coverage row sent to California for decision. The New Jersey lawsuit is now set for consolidation with a lawsuit filed by Breslin in Los Angeles Federal District Court. Breslin seeks payment under a loss of value and disability policy he purchased from Lloyds before is final season at USC. He was injured early in the season and the injury cost him the opportunity to play in the NFL. Breslin was a 2nd round projection before the injury.
