Zachary, LA – Injury Accident Occurs On Rollins Rd & Pope Rd

Zachary, LA (August 7, 2019) – An injury wreck occurred in the East Baton Rouge area in the afternoon of August 7^th.

The crash occurred at the junction of Rollins Road and Pope Road in the area of East Baton Rouge Parish sometime around 12:22 p.m. After the accident, emergency personnel responded to the incident and cleared the debris from the road. Injured victims were transported to local area hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

Little information has been reported about the crash, except that it resulted in the injury of at least one person. The local police department was at the crash site in order to begin an investigation into the accident, and paramedics were on-site to render aid to the injured parties.
