Stonewall, LA – Child & 2 Others Injured On I-49 At Stonewall-Frierson Rd

Stonewall, LA (August 4, 2019) – There was a two-vehicle collision that happened just before noon in Stonewall Louisiana. The crash took place on Friday, August 2nd, on Interstate 49 at Stonewall-Frierson Rd. around 11:00 a.m.

The crash happened in the northbound lanes of the interstate and resulted in the injury of three occupants, including a baby. The story is still developing, and more information will be released as time goes on. 

Police officials and emergency response units were at the scene of the crash to provide aid to the injured parties. 

The identities of those involved are not known at this time.

An investigation into the cause of the collision is underway.
