New Orleans, LA – Lanes Reopen After Accident On Westbound US-90B & Tchoupitoulas St

New Orleans, LA (August 8, 2019) – Authorities have reopened the westbound lanes of US-90B following a traffic accident in the New Orleans area this afternoon, August 8^th.

The crash occurred at the junction of west US-90B and Tchoupitoulas Street around 3:45 p.m. After the wreck, authorities dispatched fire and rescue crews to render aid to the victims and clear the scene.

Only a small amount of information has been released about the incident, except that it resulted in the injury of at least one person at the scene. Emergency responders were at the scene in order to begin an investigation into the accident. Paramedics were on-site to render aid to the injured parties.
