August 21, 2019 New Orleans, LA – Lane Closures On Highrise Bridge After Accident New Orleans, LA (August 20, 2019) – A multi-vehicle injury accident occurred in New Orleans causing significant traffic delays on I-10 near the Highrise Bridge. In the early morning of Tuesday, August 20, around 8:46 a.m. a crash resulted in the left lanes of I-10 WB being closed near the Highrise Bridge. After the crash, one westbound lane was blocked due to the collision. The ensuing traffic reportedly had reached back-up as far as Crowder Boulevard.
