Natchitoches Parish, LA – Ball Woman Killed In ATV Wreck On Par Rd 602

Natchitoches Parish, LA (August 4, 2019) – Louisiana State Police reported that a woman was killed in a collision involving an ATV in Natchitoches Parish. The accident happened on Par Rd. 602, also known as Cunningham Camp Rd., at around 12:45 p.m. 

The vehicle involved in the crash was a 2017 Honda Pioneer 700 traveling eastbound on Par Rd. 602. The Honda was driven by a 16-year-old, who lost control of the vehicle and exited on the left side of the road. The ATV re-entered the roadway and exited again on the right side, causing it to overturn. 

The 16-year-old driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken a local medical facility. The passenger, identified as 40-year-old Amanda Preble, was pronounced dead by responding paramedics. 

Both occupants were ejected in the collision. 

Toxicology tests are still pending, and the accident is currently under investigation.
