Lake Providence, LA – Man Killed in Fatal Accident on LA-134

Lake Providence, LA (July 3, 2019) – Police confirmed that 59-year-old Ralph Taylor was killed in a fatal accident that took place on LA-134 in Lake Providence.

The accident took place around 1:20 p.m. on Thursday on LA-134, and Louisiana State Police immediately started investigating. Since the investigation has opened, they found that Taylor was operating his 2013 commercial truck when he suddenly traveled off the side of the road and tried to steer back to the left. The vehicle rolled over onto its side.

Taylor was properly restrained in the vehicle but was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, police continue their investigation into the accident.
