The child died last week while in the foster custody of Trenique Faciane, 40. Francine has since been charged with first degree murder. Remarkably, Faciane is part owner Wee Wisdom Learning Center in Slidell Louisiana giving here daily control over several children. Faciane was initially arrested last Friday after the child had been admitted to a hospital with injuries.
